1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bn5.club ("bn5", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing bn5.club, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bn5 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bn5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bn5 strictly prohibits gaming by minors and enforces age verification through Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bn5 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not have previously been excluded or suspended from bn5 for any reason.

bn5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on bn5. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username and password with any third party. bn5 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. You must notify bn5 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bn5 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on bn5 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn5 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary based on your account tier and KYC verification status.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account ("same-method withdrawal" rule), subject to KYC verification. bn5 targets prompt processing of withdrawal requests; however, processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to additional security review.

bn5 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are lawfully obtained and you are the rightful owner of those funds. bn5 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

Fees, if any, applicable to specific transactions will be disclosed in the cashier prior to confirmation. bn5 is not responsible for charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets are placed at the odds or game state displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that prevents the proper settlement of a bet or game round, bn5 will use reasonable endeavours to settle the outcome in a fair manner based on the last verifiable game state. bn5's decision in such circumstances is final.

bn5 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds caused by manifest error ("palpable error"). In such cases, affected bets will be refunded at stake value. What constitutes a manifest error is determined solely by bn5.

Maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per product category may apply and are published in the relevant product rules sections. Exceeding these limits does not entitle you to additional payment beyond the stated maximum.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bn5 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds or associated winnings before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

bn5 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players and any behaviour deemed to be bonus abuse – including, but not limited to, systematic hedging, account co-ordination, or staking patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk – may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account review.

7. Responsible Gaming

bn5 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session time limits – configure reminders and alerts for session duration;
• Cooling-off period – temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion – permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using bn5:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating;
• Using funds of illegal origin or engaging in money laundering;
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or financial information;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the bn5 platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bn5.club – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, and text – is the intellectual property of bn5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from bn5.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn5 and its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

bn5 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability; bn5 will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

bn5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bn5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. bn5 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to regulators, law enforcement, or KYC/AML service providers where legally required or necessary for platform security.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bn5 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and bn5 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bn5 support.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body selected by bn5. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bn5 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
